You may view the content and information provided or made available on or through the website for your own personal and non-commercial use only.

You may not, without our express prior written permision, reproduce, exploit, republish material from the website (including republication on another website), sell, rent or sub-license material on the website.


Once you have placed your order online, we will acknowledge receipt and check that we have the products in stock. Your order will be dispatched to you only once payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or not fulfil an order if:


We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of the order being placed and payment being received. Weekends and bank holidays may vary. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

We are only able to deliver to an address within mainland UK. If we do not deliver to your address and you would like to order and collect from us, please contact us by email.

If you choose to come and collect your order, please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time to do so. Payment must be made online and receipt must be confirmed before any collection date is booked.

Cooling off period

You have 7 working days from receipt of the goods to cancel your order. This cancellation must be made in writing by email or post. You have an additional 7 days to return the item(s) cancelled during the cooling off period.


You must return the cancelled order at your own expense. If you post a product to us, you must obtain a proof of posting receipt. Returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged to receive a refund equal to the cost of the item(s). The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.

Please ensure that you provide your name, postal address, contact details and order number with the returned item(s). You must ensure that the item(s) you wish to return is (are) adequately packaged to protect it (them) from being soiled or damaged whilst being returned to us.

Reverse Healing Ltd is not responsible for any returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

After Sale and Customer Service

If you have any severe neck problems or severe spinal issues, you should seek help before using the 3DS Posture Pillow.

The 3DS Posture Pillow is designed to correct your posture while you sleep. Some people find their bearings straightaway, others may take more time to adapt. For more information on how to use the 3DS Posture Pillow correctly please refer to the Pillow Page.

If you need to discuss any medical issues before purchasing or have any other queries please contact us and we will advise you accordingly.

Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality physiotherapy service to all our patients and value any feedback or comments.

If you feel you need to make a complaint, please let us know in writing by post or email. You will be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your letter and we will make sure that your concerns are dealt with appropriately.
